It may happen that I need other Business Services which can not be delivered by the Hotel. I think it is great if the Hotel can offer contracted Business Services.
Sometimes I need a LCD projector or a Fax machine. This Equipment needs to be in good condition, clean and functioning. I expect assistance in set up by people who know what they are doing.
I expect every hotel to have a private area for me to log into the Internet because I am not always traveling with my Computer. I don’t expect exorbitant charges.
If I ask for copies to be produced, I expect them to be of good quality and logically sequenced and checked. I expect to have my original returned in good condition and I expect employees to be competent in handling the photo copy machine.
If I request typing services, I expect the task to be professionally executed in accordance with international business standards, the same as it is done in my own office.
If I receive an email via the Hotel mailbox, I expect to have the message delivered immediately. My main priority is that the message is treated confidentially and actioned swiftly by the person most suited to answer my query.
That the private dining room has an upper market service then the main dining room, the staff is experienced, discreet and knowledgeable. Mostly the dishes will be served on an individual basis to the guest by friendly staff with a smile.
That dim-sum is served fast and fresh by friendly staff and that whatever order system the restaurant has in place the staff is knowledgeable of the different type of service.
That the food is transported to the restaurant as soon as the chef has finished the preparation and is served hot and efficient by friendly staff with a smile.

Being informed of closing of the restaurant, possibly with last orders. Not imposing customers and that service and respect are taken in consideration.
That the soiled plates, cutleries and glasses are cleared in a timely and efficient manner, without too much noise and disturbance by friendly and smiling staff.
That the food order is taken in a timely manner by friendly smiling staff and that the promotions or special of the day / restaurant are explained clearly and friendly.
